Day 1: Transfer from San Jose hotel to Guanacaste dry forest for an overnight at Hacienda Guachipelin. The Lodge is located in Rincon de La Vieja Volcano area in the Northern Pacific. This property affords the traveler a myriad of choices to discover from the natural kingdom. A place to learn more about our mother nature by entering into a total touch with it's wonders. Trek through the pristine 1600 hectares of territory, mostly primary forest filled with wildlife of many species. Monkeys, deer, ant-eaters, squirrels and an exotic array of birds. Both scenic and exotic, this working cattle ranch will keep the traveler fully entertained at all times. For the sportsman, horses await you to take you on  the ride of your life.

Day 2:  Today take an early walk and experience nature waking up. Breakfast and then on to discover some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Guanacaste. Enjoy the first one, known as a sulfur water fall. The second you could slide down the natural chute and splash to your heart's content. The third one is a big one (over 500 feet). Come and swim, all the while enjoying the best nature has to offer. Visit the Hot Springs, one of the most interesting places in the area, also, we invite you to take the beauty of the volcano. It relaxing is your thing, how about a soothing and rejuvenating mud treatment. All meals, horseback tours with guides

Day 3: Early breakfast and departure to next destination or back to San Jose

 

Notes: Package includes all meals and tours: horseback riding to the thermal hot springs and mud baths and the water falls. You could add additional days there is also an excellent canopy tour for those who love the adventure.
