CATALINA'S AND BAT ISLAND (DAILY, Minimum 4 divers)
Most divers seize the opportunity to arrange for special diving safaris to the Bat or Catalina Island. These islands chains, located 21 and 14 miles from Ocotal, present unique challenging Pacific Ocean diving. 

Dive spots in these areas offer good chances to see large Bull Sharks, giant Manta Rays, Eagle Rays, cow nose rays (golden rays), devil rays and large schools of four or five different species of fish simultaneously. A lifetime opportunity. Additional charge will apply.

Padi Certifications

Ocotal Beach Resort is a PADI Gold Palm Beach Resort. You will have the opportunity to be Certified as a PADI open water  or take one or more of our Specialty Courses. We even offer  IDC program.
