Main Cities: Palmar Norte, Golfito, Puerto Jimenez, Carate beach Description: The main attraction of this zone is the Osa Peninsula and the Corcovado National Park. It is not recommended to visit this zone by vehicle because it is to far away from San Jose and the access to the National Park is not allowed. However you could fly and we can meet you with the car. Besides Corcovado National Park this area has some of the best surfing in all of Costa RicaCarate beach is famous for its nature but it is recommended to visit this zone in dry season from December to March on a 4x4 vehicle.
