After significant investment to upgrade facilities including a new spa, restaurants & rooms, from Nov 1 this resort will offer traditional options of a full service Hilton rather than an all-inclusive package. For stays until Oct 31, Hilton Papagayo Resort Costa Rica is an all-inclusive resort and there is a charge of 85USD per night, per child 4-12 years old staying in the same room as their parents. Children over 13 are considered an adult.
