It is about seeing the rain forest from a completely different perspective…from the top. The canopy is the habitat for approximately 65% of all species of flora and fauna.
You will slide with the help of cables, and will cover 9 platforms built around huge and strong trees, that stand at an average height of 25 meters. At this altitude you will see a wide variety of orchids, bromeliads, ferns, moss and lichens that stand out like decorations on the green treetops. As far as animals are concern it is not unusual to run into sloth's, white-faced monkeys, and a huge variety of birds.
Canopy is a supervised activity and the equipment utilized can hold up to 3 tons of weight, which assures the highest standards of security.

The activity starts off with a brisk 45-minute walk into the forest, among well-trodden paths, in order to reach the first platform. The tour is approximately 3 hours long and you will need comfortable clothes that allow for maximum flexibility and the desire to enjoy the sensation of great altitude.
