Palo
Verde National Park is located between the Bebedero and Tempisque
rivers; it boasts some of the most diverse ecological systems of the
country. It’s formed by a group of habitats that grew out of plains
that are prone to flooding; it is considered a refuge for migrating and
aquatic birds.
