It is this fantastic light tackle saltwater species, as well as other larger species, that bring anglers from all over the world to this great fishing location.
For light tackle inshore angling enthusiasts, Crocodile Bay Lodge offers fantastic opportunities. Inshore fishing in the flats boats and along the volcanic shore are good all year. Fishing off shore is available 12 months a year, with the months of December through May being the best time for sailfish and June through September being the best for marlin.
Crocodile Bay Lodge offers the best combination of OFFSHORE-INSHORE fishing available in the world. Hop aboard our Rambo 27-foot inboards or our 33-foot Strike for a thirty minute run to the blue water to catch sailfish (up to 150 lbs.), Blue, Black, and Striped Marlin ( up to 850 lbs.) as well as Wahoo, Dolphin Fish, and Tuna (up to 300 lbs.) It is common to raise 10 to 15 sailfish a day and on spectacular days, over 50 sails!
