Rates are per Villa or Room, per night. All rates are in US dollars. Children under 12 years of age and staying in their parent's room are free of charge. A sales and tourist tax of 16,39% must be added to these rates. A deposit of $50% must be made in order to confirm reservations. The remaining amount due is charged upon check out.
Cancellation policy: cancellations received more than 21 days before arrival will receive a full refund. A one night penalty will be charged for cancellations received between 7 and 21 days before arrival. Cancellations less than 7 days before date of arrival, 50% of total amount will be charged.
